The Wencel family needs your help. Jaime Wencel, daughter of Debbie and Tom Wencel, died from complications shortly after giving birth to her 5th child. Jaime was an unwed mother. Debbie and Tom Wencel are now raising all 5 children in their home. They live in a modest two-bedroom home and need to add on a second-floor addition to provide the children with adequate space to grow.
Debbie and Tom have spent their entire adult lives volunteering for their community. Debbie raised their three children, Tommy, Stacey, and Jaime. Once all three children were in school full-time Debbie started her career. She had to leave her job and is now raising her second family at the age of 62. Tom has worked in the construction business for 44 years as a union drywall finisher.
Currently, there’s a project in the works to provide the Wencel family with the additional space they need. They are looking for donations of Labor and materials to make this happen for their family.
The Wencel’s second-floor addition has begun thanks to over 100 VOLUNTEERS AND COUNTLESS DONATIONS. Foundation and concrete work (phase 1) and exterior shell (phase 2) have been completed. The interior (phase 3) is next. Carpenters, plumbing fixtures, electrical, insulation, drywall, finish carpentry, hardwood flooring, ceramic tile, paint, and garage door are needed. The Wencel Family invites you to become part of this exciting project. The Wencels have formed a 501-c3 non-profit, “Jaime’s Kids”. All donations are tax-deductible. They look forward to working with you. Please share this with anyone you think may be willing to help.
